Finished.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In reality, it's often more complex work that brings together people, policies, and a changing job market. As a university, we recruit for a wide variety of roles: academics, researchers, professional services staff, technical specialists, operations teams; attracting talent from across the globe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We also understand that if you\u2019re the person doing the recruiting, recruitment isn't the main part of why you\u2019re here and it's another thing to fit in, on an already full plate.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And\u00a0that's\u00a0why\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0starting this blog which will be
