It is held on the second Tuesday of October and aims to create new role models by increasing the profile of women in STEM.<\/p>\n<p>We collaborated with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BathWIT\/?__tn__=%2Cd%2CP-R&amp;eid=ARAiFHL-zz4FCiNeRWc7hpX4TKxBwTQSgSfxga5y12AK4LhLNFrXpF5T0E31rDjO7zu0uxTAlIQatMEU\">Women in Technology<\/a> (WIT) to plan an <a href=\"https:\/\/findingada.com\/\">Ada Lovelace Day<\/a> conference where we had speakers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/europe\">Bloomberg<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtoneurope.com\/\">Newton Europe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scottlogic.com\/\">Scott Logic<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/customer-stories?type=enterprise\">GitHub<\/a>.
