Open to all students and staff, our new Global Language Summer School is offering short-term intensive courses in Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese.
Spread over just 2, 5 or 10 days, these courses are a perfect opportunity to unlock a new skillset and broaden your language horizon.
The courses are designed to help you:
- Prepare for international research and/or placements
- Enhance your academic and professional profile
- Communicate confidently in global settings
So whether you’re going on holiday, getting ready for a placement abroad, or want to broaden your horizons and develop your employability skills, these classes will be just the ticket.
You can choose the language and level that suits you from the available courses, and if you need to, take a placement test to make sure the chosen level is a perfect fit for you. You can enrol by paying the fee or applying for a funded place if you are a Bath Bursary or Gold Scholar student. All students and staff are offered a heavily discounted rate of:
- £49 for In Your Suitcase courses
- £99 all other summer courses
Enrolments open at midday on 8 April 2025 and close at midday on 23 May 2025.
