Bereavement Social Group
Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our Bereavement Social Group offers a gentle, peer-led space for students who have experienced a bereavement, whether recent or long ago, and are finding it difficult to cope.
Held on campus on the first Tuesday evening of each month, this group is a chance to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. There is no pressure to talk about your loss. You are welcome to simply be present, enjoy some quiet time, or take part in light activities like board games, crafts, or music. Free refreshments are always available. It is not a therapy group, but a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood and less alone.
