Everyday during the Be Well Week, there will be a number of stands on The Parade with fun and exciting activities!  Student Support and various local organisations will be there each day with activities and support to lift your mood from 11AM to 2PM.

You can grab freebies, take part in interactive games, and pick up simple wellbeing tips to help you recharge. There will be fun challenges, helpful conversations, and plenty of ways to take a positive break between lectures.
