We are looking to trial a new way of communicating University of Bath events and news to the local community through Community Ambassadors - members of staff or students who have a presence in their own local area, either through involvement in active online groups or in person, who are willing to share information from the University that will be useful to their neighbours.
We want to explore how a group like this might work, and what might be deemed appropriate or not. We want to discuss what types of information local people want to receive from the University, and how they might like to receive this.
We would love to hear from you if you'd be willing to take part in an informal focus group to explore this. To take part, all we ask is that you have connections to a local area (a small village, part of the city etc) within B&NES or west Wiltshire, and a willingness to share your knowledge about that area with us.
