On 3 July we will welcome speaker Nick Elston to campus to give a series of talks on his lived experience of mental health and wellbeing.
Described as a ‘BIG man, BIG heart, BIG story and BRUTAL honesty - 10/10 A Speaking Masterclass!’ - Nick delivers a no holds barred yet humorous approach to make this utterly unique compared to any mental health or wellbeing initiative you will have ever attended before!
Nick will also share his ‘lived experience guide’ giving you tools, tips and hacks to implement immediately in life and work.
Nick will be giving three talks through the day, on a range of topics. Each one hour talk will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A session:
