Log out request for Tues 15 Sept 2015 (6am - 8am)

Please log off at the end of your work day, Monday 14 September 2015.  You can log back in after 8am, Tuesday, 15 September 2015.

Maintenance is taking place Tuesday 15 September 2015, 6am to 8am, and we ask that you log out of all active directory computers and from all remote desktop services including UniDesk, UniDeskLR, AdminDesk, UniApps and AdminApps before the work starts at 6am, Tuesday 15 September.

We will be migrating Roaming Profiles for all University users to a new server. Roaming profiles will be unavailable during this time.

Reasons to log out

We are requesting users log out to avoid you receiving an error message and to avoid any loss of changes you made to application settings and to Internet Explorer (IE) favourites since last logon.  Roaming profiles primarily store information related to application settings and IE favourites


*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing.  This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide.  Thank you for your patience during the maintenance period.  We are starting this work at 6am to reduce impact on our customers.
