IT maintenance affects legacy research folders, Tues 20 Oct, 7am to 9am

Maintenance will be taking place, during our at risk* period Tuesday 20 October 2015, 7am-9am.

  • Some x:\<deptname>\Research\ folders will be unavailable, 7am to 9am.  We are moving 13 Legacy Research volumes to our Netapp storage system.  If you experience any problems connecting after 9am, restart your machine or log your query using TOPdesk Self Service.

This work to the Legacy Research area will leave the newer Research Storage unaffected.

 

*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing. This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide. Thank you for your patience during the maintenance period.
