Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place, during our at risk* period Tuesday 26 January 2016, 7am to 9am.
- 3 South - there will be disruption to IT services (eg. Wi-Fi, desktop and file storage) because users will lose connection to the network intermittently before 9am.
- Stata 14 will be unavailable on UniDesk as we update configuration of this data analysis and statistical software package. The ado\plus, ado\personal and ado folders will point to users' H: drive.
- iTrent, including Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service will be unavailable from 1.30pm, 26 January, for the rest of the day. The timing is outside the usual maintenance period. It has been agreed with key users to minimise disruption.

*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing. This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide.
