Library self service, Green button & many applications unavailable, Mon 25 January 2016 from 10am

We are carrying out maintenance from 10am for the rest of the day, Monday 25 January 2016.  A number of systems will be unavailable:

  • Estates' maintenance request (Green Button)
  • Library self-service system (unable to create new or replacement library cards)
  • Account Manager
  • Password changer and reset tool
  • Applicant Gateway
  • Application Tracker Diagnostics
  • Application Tracker
  • Account Admin
  • Access Manager

This work upgrades the underlying infrastructure to improve reliability.   Thank you for your patience during this maintenance and we apologise for the disruption.
