update 14:32 - Our team believe they have now found the cause of the issue and are working to rectify the situation. More news as we get it.
We are aware that people are having issues logging into PCs on campus this afternoon. At present we have reports of people attempting to log in, only to be met with a black screen. This is currently affecting many PCS in the library.
Rest assured that this is being treated as a major incident and the team are investigating. We will update you as soon as we can.
