The issues with the VOIP telephone system have now been resolved and the telephones are working as normal.
There is an issue with one of our Mitel controllers/ SIP meaning that approximately 50 per cent of our VOIP phones will not be able to make external calls. We currently have our support contractors working on this issue.
This does not affect clearing as we are still receiving calls with no issues.
The telephone service is not a Computing Service, service, however we are working with Estates and our external support contractors to resolve this issue as soon as we can. There is currently no estimated fix time. We will update you as soon as we are able.
