About us

The Mosaic network exists to support and advocate for ethnically diverse staff and students across the University. We aim to foster a sense of belonging by creating a strong, inclusive community where members can connect, share experiences, and support one another. Recognising the unique challenges faced by ethnic minorities in higher education, we work to highlight and address these through dialogue, engagement, and collective action.
