University of Bath to Host The Transdisciplinary Engineering Conference July 2021

Posted in: Uncategorised

We are delighted to announce that the 28th ISTE International Conference on Transdisciplinary Engineering (TE2021) will be hosted by the University of Bath, UK (5-9 July).  The theme for 2021 is Transdisciplinary Engineering for Resilience:  Responding to system disruptions.

The event is shaping up nicely. The 5th will be dedicated to workshops and in the evening, a welcome reception on the SS Great Britain. There follows three days packed with keynotes from the leading thinkers in transdisciplinary engineering, the presentation of papers from our international community, and panel sessions which will tackle some of the key questions in the field. Finally, on the 9th we will be arranging some technical visits.

The Gala Dinner (8th July) will be held at the Roman Baths – a World Heritage Site which consists of the preserved remains of one of the greatest religious spas of the ancient world.

More details and a link to the website will follow but, in the meantime, if you have any questions, would like to propose a workshop, or sponsor an event, please contact Susan Lattanzio (email SL2091@bath.ac.uk).
