It can feel hard to juggle everything that comes with student life with studies, deadlines, relationships, and looking after yourself. Resilience is about finding ways to cope when things don’t go to plan and being able to bounce back when challenges come up.
This workshop will give you space to think about what helps you stay steady during stressful times and how to build habits that make you feel more balanced. You will leave with simple, practical steps you can use straight away to support your wellbeing and feel more confident about handling ups and downs.
