In this workshop we will look at the pressures that influence how we see ourselves and explore positive ways to shift those perspectives. It is about finding balance, recognising your strengths, and learning how to feel more comfortable in your own skin.
This is a friendly and welcoming session where you can reflect, share ideas, and pick up practical tools to support your self esteem and body confidence. You will leave with strategies you can take into everyday life, helping you feel more grounded and resilient.
