Life-long Support as a Graduate

It is over a year since the world turned upside down and I know many final year students and graduates have found it frustrating and challenging, and have struggled with what has been happening and what it may mean for your career. If you are a current student, you are only a week away from graduating and we are still navigating our way through global pandemic. If you are a graduate, maybe you are in a job that isn’t relevant to what you want to do as a career and you want a change. While things have changed significantly for all of us, I want to reassure you that your Careers Service is here for you now and at each stage of your future career with life-long access.

What is the Stay Connected Programme?

Specifically, for you, the class of 2020 and 2021, and for any graduate who feel they would like additional support, we are putting together a bespoke collection of resources, events and support as part of our #StayConnected programme. During the week of 7th – 11th June there will be talks and workshops on the labour market, staying resilient, networking, finding your strengths and more, plus lots of on – demand online resources on everything from applications and LinkedIn to interesting and useful podcasts and blogs for your  to explore.

Weekly Bespoke Emails

We also want to stay in touch with weekly emails, which will include vacancies along with resources to help you thrive in a post-pandemic world of work. All you need to do is to opt in to access this tailored support by clicking on this link and register your details.

If you are a graduate and you are unsure how to log-in to MyFuture, see more details on how to do this here.

Join us for this exciting programme now! See you in a workshop soon.
