Do you have emerging tech to showcase?

Posted in: Community Events, Local and civic engagement

We are excited to be working with Bath Digital Festival again this year, and have a number of opportunities for members of the University community to get involved.

This years' event is being run by TechSpark for the first time, and takes place from 10 - 14 July at venues across the city. It attracts a wide variety of attendees from those embedded in the regional tech sector through to members of the public, schools and local organisations.

We are currently looking for participants for two events:

Monday 10 July: Emerging Tech Showcase
Monday's theme is Curiosity - its a chance to investigate the future and explore new worlds! We are looking for exciting, future-gazing research and technology from across the university that will spark the imaginations of attendees.

Friday 14 July: Climate
How can tech support our future climate? How can it be used to overcome some of our biggest climate challenges? What tech challenges do we anticipate in the future as a result of our climate? We'd love to hear any ideas you might have for events that would fit this theme and showcase your research.

Would you like to have a chat about getting involved? Contact us in the first instance and we can introduce you to the TechSpark team.
