A summary report on the Turnaround Leadership for Sustainability in Higher Education project landed on my desktop today. The full report is at the AGOTL.
As I skimmed it, I noticed two things:
- 9 out of the 15 citations come from the work of the project leader (who's not the usual suspect in these matters). This seems to set a new record for self-esteem
- the focus is on leadership for EfS, rather than leadership of HE institutions, per se, and thus seems to miss the point (as I noted in a previous post)
Two good reasons not to spend further time on it. Back to that good book ...
