Responsibility & Resilience: what the environment means to conservatives

Posted in: New Publications

This is the title of a recently published series of essays by the Conservative Environment Network.  There are some notable contributors, including Roger Scruton, Richard Sandor, Stuart Rose, Michael R. Bloomberg, James Dyson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a Michael Gove.

The title of Mr Gove's contribution is: Nature belongs at the heart of School Life, which is something many may agree with.  This essay begins:

"Both within and outside the classroom, reforms are bringing school children into a closer understanding of our relationship with the natural world, …"

… which, for some, may be more contentious.  I shall be reading anyway.
