No one will miss him unless his successor turns out to be even worse which is entirely possible given the nature of US politics. I refer to the egregious Scott Pruitt (no relation) now resigned as head of the EPA brought down not by the awfulness of his policies but by ethics violations which goes to show that some of the USA's fabled checks and balances are still working. One fewer fox in an overcrowded hen house.
In celebration I've written the above with minimal punctuation. Normally I'd have inserted 5 Oxford commas. Liberating.
