I see that the auto-crats employed by the Climate Change Committee have woken up to the fact that hybrid cars don't do many miles on their electric motors – that's because their batteries are so small. These cars are really petrol cars with a few watts 'n' volts tossed in to fool civil servants into giving them EV privileges. They've been rumbled.
Most of us have known this for years so why did it take the CCC's clever boffins so long? All you have to do it to ask a car showroom a couple of sharp questions such as: "How many miles does it do on the electric motor?" and "How much is this reduced in Winter?"
What do these people do all day?
I'd say if you want to get in on the scam, do it soon before the loophole is shut.
