In line with our conference theme we will focus on topics such as home tele-care, impact of the ageing society, assisted living, personal health records and workplace wellbeing. This agenda is closely aligned with empowering people to self-manage their chronic conditions and make lifestyle changes to improve their health. It also involves supporting innovation and cost reduction in healthcare delivery and using technology to facilitate these changes.
