Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place, during our at risk* period Tuesday 15 September 2015, 6am-9am.
- All users are asked to log out before 6am, Tuesday 15 September. Most people will be able to log in from 8am, apart from those working in Holburne and Clevelands (9am). More information about the work and why we are requesting users log out.
- IT Services at at Holburne Museum and Clevelands buildings will be unavailable while maintenance takes place (7am - 9am). The work is to extend the bandwidth to 10 Gbps and improve the resiliency and reliability of our network off campus.
- HPC service - all compute nodes on Balena will be reserved from 7am and will be released once ClusterVision has completed upgrade work. During this period login nodes and storage areas will be available and the scheduler can accept jobs into the queue but will only run once reservation is released. HPC users have been emailed more details.
- Wiki will be unavailable and undergoing maintenance (8am-9am)
*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing. This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide. Thank you for your patience during the maintenance period.
