Professor Cassie Wilson was appointed Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience) in August 2021. Professor Wilson has overall responsibility for student experience, encompassing student support, wellbeing, engagement and employability.
From July 2025, Professor Wilson's title was changed to include Sport, recognising additional responsibilities to provide strategic academic leadership to ensure Bath is sector-leading in all its sports-related endeavours. This change aims to align and embed the university's sporting reputation and success within the institution as a whole.
