Want to know more about Curriculum Transformation and the plans to redesign our undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes for September 2021 entry?
The Centre for Learning and Teaching Resource Hub connects academic staff with valuable online information on a range of tools for teaching and learning, and also contains information on our Curriculum Transformation. The Hub has been refreshed and redesigned in recent weeks to create a space to share the all-important context and background to this cross-campus initiative.
Staff can browse the user-friendly Hub to find out more about the principles, process and key ideas surrounding Curriculum Transformation and how they will be used to deliver higher education for the next generation.
New features include a dedicated Q&A section highlighting key information about the project alongside dedicated resources to support staff in both the strategic positioning and detailed development phases of the project. It also features a CLT Blog and latest news section.
The Resource Hub has also been populated with a re-formatted ‘Meet the Curriculum Development Team’ bio page outlining the specialist expertise available across the 7-strong team to support the curriculum redesign initiative.
Dr Dawn Albertson, Head of Curriculum Development said: “With the project continuing to gain real momentum across campus, it feels like a good time to further promote the big picture narrative surrounding this unique and exciting university-wide project.”
In addition, staff can browse the CLT Hub to find wider teaching and learning resources including information on the University of Bath’s lecture capture system, ‘Big Picture Challenge’ enterprise activity, and listen to the latest student engagement podcasts outlining innovative ways of engaging with students as part of the curriculum redesign process.
