We are proud to announce that Kaleidoscope, the LGBT+ Group for Staff and PGRs, has a new Terms of Reference.

The short document covers the aims of the group, details of membership and events, plus group structure and budget.
This is the first time in the group's three year history that we have had an official Terms of Reference, and we hope that these will guide the development of the group and help us to reach more members of our community. They will be reviewed every three years.
