Take 6 Challenge – take part & win prizes

Take 6 is our six-day wellbeing challenge running alongside the week’s events. Each day, you’ll receive a simple theme and three small actions to choose from, from a quick 15-second challenge to something a little more stretching. It’s flexible, practical and designed to fit around your schedule. Complete a challenge on any day to be entered into our prize draw. Sign up and take six small steps towards feeling better.

Six Ways to Be Well

Six Ways to Be Well breaks down wellbeing into 6 themes. Wellbeing is about making small positive changes in each of these areas. Balance is the key and Be Well will help you identify the small areas you can focus on to improve your overall wellbeing. The Six Ways to Be Well are:

  • Be Active
  • Take Notice
  • Be Healthy
  • Connect
  • Give
  • Keep Learning

You can use the filters on the timetable to view events for each of the themes.

Wellbeing stands

There will be Wellbeing stands on the Parade during the week too. These include stand from Student Support, external companies and many well known charities around Bath.  Come along to find out more and grab some freebies.

Fitness and exercise

Check out the SU Bath Active timetable for a number of free exercise sessions that take place all year.  You can also activate your Sports Pass.
