As part of the University of Bath's 60th anniversary celebrations, we're planning a special evening of rugby at the Recreation Ground, featuring a double-header with our Women's 1st team followed by our Men's 1st team.
We're inviting departments, research groups, centres and professional services teams to express their interest in booking a hospitality box to host guests. Whether you'd like to thank your staff, strengthen relationships with research partners, welcome notable alumni or engage local stakeholders, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring people together in a unique setting.
What's included?
- Booking a hospitality box is free.
- The University will cover 50% of the meal cost for your guests.
- Your team will cover the remaining 50% of the meal cost (typically around £20 per person).
- You can choose either to provide drinks for your guests or for them to access a paid for bar.
At this stage, we not have a confirmed date for the event - likely mid to late October, possibly 21st.
We'll confirm the final date, match timings and catering costs as soon as possible.
