A small celebration

I'm pleased to have been appointed to the Higher Education Academy's new ESD advisory group which has just been reconstituted to make it more representative of the sector and of interests, with a sharpening of focus.  That is good evidence of the Academy's continuing commitment to important global issues, and testimony to the skills of its officers in negotiating all this at a tricky time.  Quite rightly, I had to make a case for my appointment which felt a bit like an exam.  Looking forward to all the involvement under Steve Martin's committed chairing.

Meanwhile, I am still wondering what HEFCE is up to ...
