EU climate (change) chef calls for legally binding COP21 deal

The €ureaucrat responsible for climate change within the EU, Miguel Arias Canete [ surely, it cannot all be his fault ], says that the forthcoming (or so optimists think) United Nations’ climate deal (which is supposed to be a triomphe pour President Hollande) should be legally binding to ensure its success.  Now which court would that be settled in do you suppose?

Meanwhile, Climate Action notes that the negotiating text for the deal is still more than 80 pages long.  The last time I looked at this (in June), it was 86 pages.  At this rate, ...
