I see that Gibraltar and Scotland are talking about how they might co-operate to stay within the EU. As the Royal Navy and ESD are about the only things they have in common, that might be a tall order (and the navy will be leaving Scotland when it becomes independent). That means they must be relying on ESD / EfS / LSD/ SDE / whatever to hold their plans together.
Whilst EU President 1, Jean-Claud Junker, is a fan, once describing ESD as "spiffing", as is EU President 2, Donald ("sustainability education now!") Tusk, that might not be enough to hold this odd coalition together even with ESD's best grey eminences firmly on board. .
