As an Equality and Diversity Committee, we are in the process of developing a new Strategy and Action Plan for the Department that will guide our work over the next four years.
In order to ensure that this is relevant to you as staff members, it is of the utmost importance to us that we understand more about your views and experiences. As such, we are seeking anonymous feedback about issues, best practices and ideas for moving forward - including in terms of COVID-19 specific concerns.
