About the Panel

The Stonewall Report 2018 identified that Bullying and Harassment is still rife at work for many in the LGBT community. In response to this and in preparing our students for placements and graduate roles in the future the Careers Service has collaborated with LGBT+ staff (Kaleidoscope) and students to deliver a panel session as part of this week. We have a diverse range of speakers representing the LGBT community and from different industry sectors who have given up their time to speak about their career journey, how they have dealt with discrimination, harassment and how and when they decided to come out.
