Yesterday Kaleidoscope were pleased to welcome Dr Luke Fletcher from the School of Management to give an online lecture about a recent research report he co-authored with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) on the working lives of LGBT+ people.

Luke began the lecture with an overview of LGBT+ identities, then moved into an overview of the research results, and later discussed what learning can be taken by HR professionals based on these results. You can watch the full lecture on Vimeo below:
