There is just one week to go before we close the 2022 Engage Grants, so get your applications in now!
If you'd like to engage public groups with your research and want some cash to fund that work, the Engage Grants are here to help, regardless of your public engagement experience. If you're interested, read more about the two different funds we have open as part of the Engage Grants.
Initiator - for projects up to £750
This fund will help you carry out small-scale or pilot public engagement projects to support your learning about engagement, gain experience and develop your engagement ideas. This funding is ideal if you have little or no experience of public engagement.
Progression - for projects up to £3,500
This fund supports you if you have prior experience with public engagement to further develop and deepen your skills and knowledge. You could use this funding to expand your existing activities, develop your leadership and facilitation skills in public engagement, and test out innovative engagement activities.
The Engage Grants are now open, and the call will close on Monday 31 October 2022 at 5pm. Please email applications to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How the Public Engagement Unit can help

The Public Engagement Unit is available to give advice and feedback on draft applications. Email email@example.com with any questions you may have ahead of the closing date, and one of the team will be on hand to help.
