What is transdisciplinary engineering? We all know that there is a plurality of definitions of transdisciplinarity. What we wanted to know was whether as a community we have a shared definition of transdisciplinary engineering. To answer this, during TE2020 we took the opportunity to ask those who had submitted papers to the conference two questions (1) How they defined TE (2) what they believed differentiates transdisciplinary for interdisciplinary engineering.
