An update has been released by the TEL and AV teams to those users who export results in the TurningPoint Desktop application and/or PowerPoint plugin.
We have been made aware that, due to a recent software license change with a third-party software, that it is not currently possible to export user results in TurningPoint Desktop application and PowerPoint plugin on campus managed PCs as a CSV or PDF file (exporting as a HTML file is still possible). All other features of the TurningPoint Desktop and PowerPoint plugin are working as normal.
This issue only affects those users who wish to export user results; results can still be viewed in the TurningPoint Desktop application and PowerPoint plugin, and session data can still be saved.
Workarounds are possible, and in the first instance staff who wish to export their results are advised to e-mail the Technology Enhanced Learning team for support: firstname.lastname@example.org.
This issue does not affect users who use the Turningpoint web polling software.
