Since we launched The Exchange reusable cup scheme in September 2019, we've had a fantastic response; over 2,000 Exchange cups have been sold, and they have now been used over 14,000 times. This means that Exchange cup users have saved around £3,000 in 20p discounts for refusing a single-use cup!
We've also been encouraging customers to use their own reusable cups of all brands, with a total of over 65,000 reusable cups used since The Exchange launch. This has an incredible impact on reducing the number of single-use coffee cups being disposed of, and is something we're pleased to see grow.
Due to the success of the The Exchange in Pitstop Coffee, we have now launched the scheme in 4W Café. You'll receive the campus-wide 20p discount for using a reusable cup in 4W Café, and can swap your Exchange cup for a clean one, or a token ready for your next visit.
