Robertas Zubrickas, Department of Economics – Fellow (FHEA)

Nicholas Willsmer, Dept for Health – Senior Fellow (SFHEA)

“I found the process of completing my application for Senior Fellow through the Bath Scheme very useful for my CPD. The experience was challenging but very beneficial in identifying the strengths and impact of my work and also areas where further improvements could be made.”  Nicholas Willsmer

HEA Fellowship brings you a range of benefits;

  • Evidence you can use for promotion
  • Demonstrates your commitment to teaching, learning and the student experience through engagement in research, reflection and development
  • Consolidates personal development and evidence of professional practice in your higher education career
  • An opportunity to benchmark your professional practice against the UK Profession Standards Framework (UKPSF) providing a valuable measure of success that is recognised by international institutions

The Bath Scheme provides an accredited route to Fellowship for experienced staff who support learning and teaching. Bath Scheme’s Director, Dr Rachael Carkett, manages the scheme and with the support of the Departmental/Division Bath Scheme Champions, applicants are supported through the process.
