One of the machines on the workbench this month has been a BBC Model B (32k) - which actually looks quite tidy inside.
However, like all BBCs, we can't put it into use before checking the power supply (and particularly mains capacitors).
And sure enough.... they needed to be changed, as they were cracked and dangerous.
They've now been repaired, and one of our visitors has been making use of the refurbished machine:
We have some Opus drives now serviced, and a tape recorder, so it looks like this BBC is all set to go again!
