Good progress has been made internally and externally on the project.
Externally the drainage works are nearing completion and if you have an eagle eye you may see the balustrade currently in situ before it is dismantled to receive its final finish before being returned to site. The cladding has now been installed and awaits its final finish of a rain screen which is a month or so off at present.
Internally the ground floor concrete has now been poured and the building services are progressing well as well as the partitions to the new spaces on the first floor commencing.
During the coming month Melhuish & Saunders will be focused on the external works, completing kerbing laying topsoil and install the balustrade with its final finish.
You will also notice some of the external storage spaces will start to be erected and the contractors cabins will be moved to facilitate this.
