About the Be Well Blog

The Be Well blog is written by students to give an insight into university life and how to create and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle whilst dealing with the day to day challenges of being a student.

We will talk about all aspects of health from mental and emotional health and eating well to exam stress, managing money and staying active.

Our bloggers' opinions are their own. We don't tell them what to say, although they are paid for their time. Views, opinions and endorsements expressed don’t necessarily represent the views of the University of Bath or any external organisations.

From time to time our student bloggers include links to information on our web pages. While we try to update these links, you should always check our web pages for the most up-to-date information.

Sometimes it’s easy to get distracted by work and our social life and our health can be neglected. Be Well is framework to help promote a healthy lifestyle. It is made up of five areas of health and wellbeing that help us to stay balanced:

  • Be Active
  • Be Mindful
  • Be Healthy
  • Be Connected
  • Be You

Visit our Be Well pages for up to date information on wellbeing events, courses and helpful tips.
