About

My name is Thomas Williams. I am a postgraduate research engineer at the University of Bath working towards an EngD in Digital Entertainment.

Since September 2018, I have been carrying out my research at Designability, a Bath-based charity and small and medium enterprise (SME) that develop assistive technologies for people living with physical and cognitive disabilities.

We are exploring the use of augmented reality as a tool to help people living with dementia with their daily tasks and activities. Over the next three years I aim to share my experiences and research at Designability with this blog.

My research is funded by the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Digital Entertainment.
