Kaleidoscope offer three training packages under our Lightning Learning 30 minute training banner: Trans Allyship, Non-Binary Allyship and Bi+ Allyship. Pleas email lgbt-staff@bath.ac.uk to enquire! If there is something you need that we don't offer, please still get in touch and we can see what we can put together.

How to change your name on University systems

If the name you registered with when you joined the University needs to be changed, you can make this amend yourself. Log into iTrent ESS, click "My Information" then "Personal Details". From there you need to type in the "Preferred name" field with the name you wish to show up on Teams and Outlook. Once you have done this it will day a few days to filter through the systems. If you need more help you can find your HR representative here.

B&NES LGBTQ+ Action Group

If you are LGBTQ+ or an ally and live, work, or study in B&NES then you can join the B&NES LGBTQ+ Action Group! Set up by local charities, they want to help bring change in the local area. Together they aim to:

-Create a local LGBTQ+ community

-Tackle inequality in B&NES

-Network with local organisations and charities
