I design digital learning experiences that work for everyone, not just some learners, but all learners. As an instructional designer and educator, I believe accessibility is not a checkbox; it is the foundation of good design. Every learner brings different backgrounds, abilities, and goals to the table, and my job is to create flexible resources that meet them where they are. My process starts with people. I dig into who learners actually are, their skills, challenges, interests, and aspirations. Then I apply evidence-based principles from instructional design, user experience, and Universal Design for Learning to build materials that provide clarity without constraint, guidance without rigidity. I do not work in isolation. The best solutions emerge from collaboration with instructors, technologists, and most importantly learners themselves. Their feedback shapes every iteration, ensuring that what I create isn't just theoretically sound but practically useful in real contexts. Whether I'm developing self-access resources, personalised learning pathways, or virtual communities of enquiry, my goal remains constant: to create digital environments where every student can engage with content in ways that resonate with how they learn best. Technology, when designed thoughtfully, removes barriers rather than creating them. That's the work that drives me, leveraging digital tools to widen access to quality learning experiences and help every student unlock their potential.
